Who we are
Promethean Designs LLC ("Promethean Designs", "we", "us") is a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States. We design and build websites and run AI-assisted marketing for our clients.
This policy explains what happens to information when you visit https://prometheandesigns.llc (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. It does not cover the separate websites we build or operate for our clients, and it does not cover the third-party sites we link to.

The short version
The Site is a single page with no contact form, no account system, and no shopping cart. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. We do not sell or rent information about you.
Three things do happen when you load the Site, and they are described in full below: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, your browser fetches a font and two animation libraries from third-party services, and you can choose to email us.
What we collect
1. Server logs (automatic)
The Site is hosted by Hostinger. Like essentially every web server, Hostinger's servers record technical details of each request so the Site can be delivered, kept online, and protected from abuse.
Hostinger states in its own privacy policy that the data automatically collected includes "Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, including its type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, device properties, including its operating system, date/time stamp and/or clickstream data."
We use this information only to operate and secure the Site — for example, to serve pages, diagnose errors, and rate-limit abusive traffic. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.
2. Information you send us by email (voluntary)
The Site has no contact form. Every "contact" and "get in touch" control on the Site is a plain mailto: link that opens your own email program. Nothing is transmitted to us until you decide to write and send a message.
If you email us, we receive whatever you put in your message: typically your name, your email address, your company, and a description of the work you want done. We use it to answer you, to prepare a proposal, and — if we end up working together — to deliver the project and keep our business records. We keep business correspondence for as long as it is commercially and legally useful, and then delete it.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you emailed us. If we ever start sending commercial email, we will identify it as such, give you a working way to opt out, and include a valid physical postal address, as required by federal law.
3. What we do not collect
To be explicit, the Site does not:
- set cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party;
- use
localStorage,sessionStorage, or any other browser storage; - run Google Analytics or any other analytics product;
- run advertising or conversion pixels, remarketing tags, or session recorders;
- ask for, or provide any field in which to enter, your name, email, phone number, address, payment details, or any other personal information;
- attempt to identify you across other websites.
Because we set no cookies and store nothing in your browser, there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or turn off.
Third-party services the Site loads
Your browser requests a small number of files from third-party servers so the Site can render correctly. In each case those providers necessarily receive your IP address and standard request headers, because that is how the internet delivers a file. They receive nothing else from us — we send them no information about you.
Google Fonts
The Site loads the typeface "Space Grotesk" from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
Google's Google Fonts documentation states that "The use of the Google Fonts Web API is unauthenticated and the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies." It further states that such HTTP requests include "(1) the IP address used by the respective user to access the Internet, (2) the requested URL on the Google server, and (3) HTTP headers", that "Google receives the website visitor's IP address, which it processes to respond to the visitor's request and for security purposes", and that "Google does not use any information collected by Google Fonts to create profiles of end users or for targeted advertising."

jsDelivr (content delivery network)
The Site loads two open-source animation libraries — Lenis and GSAP — from cdn.jsdelivr.net.
jsDelivr's privacy policy states that "Our Services do not use cookies or other similar technologies", that the usage data it processes "may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, referrer data (limited to domain), the URLs of our Service that you visit", and that "We never associate any gathered data with specific users or try to track their usage at any point and in any way." jsDelivr also discloses that it uses "third-party Service Providers to serve all of our traffic under the domain cdn.jsdelivr.net. This means all of these providers have access to your IP address."
Nothing else is loaded from elsewhere
All images and the background video on the Site are served from our own domain. The Site embeds no third-party video player, no social media widget, no chat widget, and no map.
The Site links out to websites we have built (for example, client sites) and to our own email address. Once you follow an external link, this policy stops applying and the destination site's own policy takes over.
How we protect information
Florida law requires that "Each covered entity, governmental entity, or third-party agent shall take reasonable measures to protect and secure data in electronic form containing personal information." (Fla. Stat. § 501.171(2), 2026.)
Consistent with that duty, the Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, redirects any insecure request to HTTPS, and is protected by our hosting provider's web application firewall, which rate-limits requests and blocks common attack paths. Email correspondence is held in access-controlled business mailboxes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident affecting personal information occurs, we will investigate it and provide the notifications required of a covered entity under Fla. Stat. § 501.171.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Our hosting provider and email provider process information on our behalf so that the Site and our mailboxes work.
- Professional advisers. Our attorney, accountant, or auditors, where they need it and are bound to keep it confidential.
- Legal requirement. Where we are required to disclose it by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. If the business or its assets are transferred, information may pass to the successor, which will remain bound by this policy or one materially as protective.
Your choices
- Email us less. Because the Site collects nothing about you unless you write to us, the simplest control is entirely in your hands.
- Ask us what we hold. Write to hello@prometheandesigns.llc and we will tell you what correspondence we have from you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Block the third-party requests. A browser extension or privacy-focused browser can block requests to
fonts.gstatic.comandcdn.jsdelivr.net. The Site will still work; it will simply fall back to a system typeface and reduced motion. - Do Not Track. The Site performs no tracking to disable, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals require no action on our part.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to hello@prometheandesigns.llc and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We operate from Florida, United States, and the Site is hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider. If you visit the Site or email us from another country, the information described above is processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules from your own country.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the revised version at this address and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be described at the top of the page. Because we do not collect contact details from visitors, we cannot notify you individually.

Website Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing https://prometheandesigns.llc you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is promotional. It describes services offered by Promethean Designs LLC. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a binding commitment. Any engagement between us is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement controls over anything stated here.
3. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text, logos, images, and video are owned by Promethean Designs LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and print or download pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, scrape in bulk, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. Client names, logos, and screenshots shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify work we performed.
Third-party open-source components used on the Site remain subject to their own licenses.
4. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Descriptions of services, timelines, and results are illustrative, not guarantees; results for one client do not predict results for another.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promethean Designs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
6. External links
The Site links to third-party websites, including sites we have built for clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any connected system, to overload or disrupt it, or to harvest data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing permitted by our robots.txt.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Florida law declares unlawful "Unfair methods of competition, unconscionable acts or practices, and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce" (Fla. Stat. § 501.204(1), 2026), and nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this address with a new effective date.

Qué recogemos
1. Registros de servidor (automático)
El Sitio está alojado por Hostinger. Como prácticamente todo servidor web, los servidores de Hostinger registran datos técnicos de cada solicitud para poder entregar el Sitio, mantenerlo en línea y protegerlo de abusos.
Hostinger indica en su propia política de privacidad que los datos recogidos automáticamente incluyen "Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, including its type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, device properties, including its operating system, date/time stamp and/or clickstream data" (direcciones IP, información del navegador incluido su tipo, proveedor de acceso a internet, páginas de entrada y salida, propiedades del dispositivo incluido su sistema operativo, marca de fecha y hora y datos de recorrido).
Usamos esta información solo para operar y asegurar el Sitio — por ejemplo, para servir páginas, diagnosticar errores y limitar tráfico abusivo. No la usamos para crear un perfil de usted ni la combinamos con nada más.
2. Información que nos envía por correo electrónico (voluntario)

Servicios de terceros que el Sitio carga
Su navegador solicita un número reducido de archivos a servidores de terceros para que el Sitio se muestre correctamente. En cada caso esos proveedores reciben necesariamente su dirección IP y las cabeceras estándar de la solicitud, porque así es como internet entrega un archivo. No reciben nada más de nuestra parte: no les enviamos ninguna información sobre usted.
Google Fonts

No se carga nada más desde fuera
